Well after months and months of paperwork, business plans, modeling, etc., I am starting a 3(c)7 film fund, which will partner in with the film and television production company I currently work for. Raising $250M equity to help finance the next 5 years slate of films. Think Legendary Pictures but not quite as large obviously but essentially the same deal. Will have distribution deal through a studio which cannot be named yet. Wish me luck!
