Fintech Portfolio Manager Exit Opps

Just got an offer to help run the credit portfolio of a fintech lender, essentially running the credit / portfolio management department. It's well-funded and has a valuation of about $300m. Does anyone have insight into the exit opportunities for this kind of role? Outside of similar roles at competitors (e.g. Affirm, LendingClub, etc.). Thanks
