So I talked with a friend about this program, he went through it, but when I asked him for hard numbers on what the income was like, all he was at liberty to tell me was "competitive."
What are the ranks at GE? What are you coming out of a leadership program like this one geared for military officers and feeders into energy, aviation, and oil&gas? He told me that coming out of this program you are basically 1 step before making "executive" level
What are the levels at GE, typical years in each level, and pay associated? I looked at wetfeet and glassdoor and found limited information.
I saw the other post about general F500 leadership programs geared for banking analysts and target undergrads, but this one is geared for military officers so I wonder if they try to pigeon hole you into more ops/engineering and less corp dev/marketing/strategy
