sure - i'm from an expert network and they are supposed to report earnings from this upcoming quarter well below expectations mainly due to softness in its dental products sales.
however, the company will shortly go up as a large PE shop is buying its Consumer Health Care segment and the company will issue a special dividend.
the stock will shoot up ~18.9% that very day...
