IMO, start looking for an exit, whether Bschool or another job. If you're already a year in and having performance anxiety, this might not be the right long term fit for you. If they're paying you bonuses, then you're obviously doing ok, so that's the really really good part. The experience you have gained would probably make you a good candidate to switch to a larger company in a sales advisory role
