Industrials vs PUI

Hi ignore title,

I am currently deciding between a top team within industrials and a more middle market but expanding PUI team. My interest is in the power and energy side but I don’t want to be stuck in a mid-tier team when there is the option of a top team in industrials. My thinking is that the top industrials team would give better exposure and top intense technical training. In London, and would appreciate any advice on what to choose.

Depends on what your long term interests are - for example if you want to do infra PE, think both could get you there. If you want to build a career in Industrials, then just join Industrials. If you just want best exits then join the best team.
