2nd year analyst at a boutique and over time have realized I would be more interested in a sales type opportunity rather than investments. Headhunters have recently shown me opportunities at some MF / UMM funds (i.e. Carlyle, GA, Warburg) in addition to finding online postings by the company directly (BX).
Would appreciate any thoughts on the typical associate salary & bonus, hours, culture at these types of firms in their investor relations groups?
