Is there any chance of getting rejected from McKinsey due to background check? (provided that I have no false info on my resume)

I recently received an offer from Mckinsey, contingent on the result of background check to follow. Although I have no false info on my resume, no criminal record, credit problem or whatsoever, I did have some messy endings with one of the 4 employers that I did internships in - I went to full time interviews too often, ofcourse with consent of the company but some people weren't pleased with it and suggested that I leave and focus on landing full time.

Is there any chance that this would get me rejected?
