Good luck with that!! Is this for full-time? Jefferies is nearly impossible for S+T. I believe last year they hired like 3-5 analysts in S+T vs. 70+ in IBD (globally). The interview is pretty tough and they try to throw you off balance all the time. Be prepared for brainteasers, competency questions. It seems like they focus only on very few targets (HP/MIT etc.). They interviewer tried to impress me by mentioning that the lowest GPA of any analyst who had an offer was 3.95 or something...just be yourself and stay cool, that's the best advice I can give you.
