M&A advisory business plan
My firm is thinking about starting an advisory arm to our existing core finance business. I think we would like to start by developing a pool of PE contacts who we either get hired to source deals for, or we proactively source CEO's of companies looking for ones that are interested in selling their business or being acquired and create a bidding war with our contact pool of PE firms etc... I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts or a business plan they could share with me in order to help us get started.
