Market Risk Compensation

Hello people,

I've been in market risk for about a year now. any advice on how pay changes in London if you are at a bulge bracket bank in the market risk division? i have heard the base for a graduate can be ~£40-50k, but how does this change through seniority till the MD or CRO level?

More suggestions...

Fingers crossed that one of those helps you.
