Microfinance investment firms

Hi everyone. I'm looking to see if anyone has any information regarding investment funds that solely invest in emerging markets/microfinance organizations. I was able to find one, Symbiotics Group, but was wondering if anyone knows of others?

I am trying to move into the microfinance industry, but don't want to give up the opportunity to build technical skills. Ideally, finding a firm that specializes in these investments would give the best of both worlds in terms of building technical skills/models, while investing in something that is creating positive social change.

Dalberg does a lot of this and their finance arm (https://www.dalberg.com/what-we-do/dalberg-capital#ourRecentWork</a">Dalberg Capital) focuses on EMs and does some sort of microfinancing - they set up an https://www.dalberg.com/our-experience/structuring-small-and-medium-siz…</a">SME VC fund in Sri Lanka for plantation farmers. They have a lot of open jobs currently so check them out for sure.

So they aren't focused on SME only but do general development work in low-income countries even on larger projects at the regional or national level. They are currently hiring an Analyst Intern (and consider that Analysts at Dalberg London make £36-39K, so assume their monthly salary for 3 months) and a Consultant (which in London makes £52-56K. Pay is not spectacular considering the 2nd role requires 2+ years of consulting experience but it doesn't strike me as a firm you join for the money. No info on Dalberg Capital salaries, but I assume they are in line or slightly higher than their consulting roles.
