I know PB deals with ultra high net worth clients and their investment strategies are more conservative... but that's about it. I was asking more about prestige/reputation, exit opportunities, range of salary from entry level to experienced, lifestyle, ect...

If you're joining an experienced team that will cut you in to their book at some point, it's a phenomenal career. You probably won't know if they'll cut you in for a while. It's a million percent better than starting as a broker earning $30k (or whatever) cold calling with no experience.

Assuming the senior people are reasonable and you're good at sales, it's a great career. High money potential and phenomenal lifestyle potential (if you're good).
