Operations Pay Scale

So as we know IBD and S&T pay has increased to 70k (65k for S&T in some banks), now there are rumors of a pay increase finally coming for the ops guys. Ops has been stuck at 55K in recent years and the discrepancy between FO and MO/BO increased to 15K gap this year where it was only a 5K gap in the past. So it makes sense I guess it will increase in near future.

So I am wondering if anyone can confirm or have heard anything of an increase to 60k/65k base for next year? I have heard this year's summer inter class was prorated around that ball park.

Thanks in advance for inputs

I don't think anyone really knows, but I do. There will be pay raises for ops, believe me, but only at a few banks. I have many friends at the bulges and in FO and BO.

I think its too early to tell, you need to wait till december to ask that question when everyone gets their number....
