Does anyone have any information about PepsiCo's Corp Strategy/Bus. Development Analyst program? I am looking to make a move out of mgmt. consulting, and it seems like a great opportunity. Haven't interviewed, so I just know the basics- group reports to Indra Nooyi, 2-yr program, supposedly a lot of ex-consultants and bankers working there.
I was wondering if anyone had any info about comp, hours, general satisfaction with the work, anything else. Thanks in advance for the help.

It would be in their Purchase, NY office. Did you Associate work at Pepsi before or after working with you? If before, did he exit to b-school from Pepsi?
Merrill in NY in IBD for 2 years, went to Pepsi in Chicago for 2 years in the same role you are speaking about. He said that Merrill was "too" fast, Pepsi was "too" slow, which he ended up working at the boutique with me after his 2 years at Pepsi. He exited Pepsi into Northwestern's B School at the same time he came aboard my firm.
