PNC Capital Markets Group
Hi All. I recently accepted an internship to work in the Capital Markets Group with PNC in their new Pittsburgh office. My goal is to obviously perform well and to be offered a full time offer upon graduation. Does anyone know what starting compensation is for first year analysts including bonuses (signing and performance) and hours in a general work week (I'm not lazy just asking a question). Also feel free to elaborate on their culture and exit ops if you have the information. Thank you.
This is absolutely not definitive: but I have heard relatively low pay scale, around 90k all in first year, but very good hours at around 60-65. Again, not absolutely definitive, and more relevant to the Philadelphia office, but I get the feeling it applies in general.
