what question would you like to ask, i'm open to ideas
How about something like:
How many hours per week on average do you invest in growing your career (networking, reading, excel tips, communications training, etc.): a. None - I'm already perfect b. upto 30 minutes c. 30 mins - 2 hours d. 2-5 hours e. 5-10 hours f. >10 hours
Maybe also make sure that each question has a 'none of these choices apply to me' option so the asker knows when he/she is way off
