Senior Technical Accounting Consultant at a Big 4 Senior Forensic Consultant at a mid-tier firm AVP Internal finance at a BB in NY

Im at a loss for which one to pick in terms of exit opportunities, potential to move up the ranks, and ability to learn. Wish I could disclose more but have these offers are on the table. I would ultimately like to make CFO rank. Background: 4 years accounting experience, CPA, CFA Level 3

if it were me, i'd do the technical accounting gig - great to learn the fasb and iasb rules probably and will set you up for a great accounting consulting role down the road and will help when you're the cfo

my experience is outside Big 4 (think Grant, M&P, BDO) and also 1 year private. The reason i started and will ultimately finish the CFA program is for the knowledge gain and interest in equity valuation.I am leaning towards the internal finance gig simply because I was offered a pretty nice package and there is some valuation work that I will do with respect to FAS 141(r), 142 that is fairly interesting.
