Restructuring - Commercial banks vs. IB
How is different the Corporate Restructuring work that Commercial Banks do on their loans (negotiating the loan agreement, repayment strategies, etc.) from the one done by Investment Banks or boutiques (Houlihan, etc.)?
Also, if I ought to start in Corp RX at a Commercial bank, how feasible would be to lateral later into an RX boutique?
