Resume Advice - Commercial RE or Ms / MBA

Hey,

Looking to get some feedback on my resume.

I am currently working in commercial banking and do not have it listed on my resume.

What should I get rid of so I can add my current position if I am looking to apply to a Commercial RE firm or an MBA / Masters program?

I do not have my GPA on there as it is too low @ a 2.8, but I feel like I have some solid work experience to help with that.

Anyways... any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
