What is a typical starting salary+bonus (if any) for a b-val associate at a big4/Middle market accounting firm (BDO,GT,RSM,etc) - either in major cities like NYC/SF/CH or smaller markets? Also, what are the hours like during busy season? Better of worse than audit/tax??
