Small Business Loan BS treatment
Hello,
If you have a small business and take loans that would be listed as liabilities. This loan is sent directly from the lender to a contractor who works on something intangible, lets say an architect who designs plans for a large build-out.
So the question is, what is the balance sheet entry that would negate the liability? (Also note, that an expense on the income statement is also made).
