Small regional bank or Large bank

I’m currently a credit analyst with a small regional bank in the southeast that operates like a middle market bank. I have around two years of experience as a credit analyst but I’ve been stuck doing community or small business banking underwriting. I’m looking to get into middle market deals and to become a relationship manager, eventually working my way up the corporate ladder in banking. I’ve been thinking about applying for an actual rotational program with the large national banks. Would my career progression goals be more favorable going over to a large bank or staying with a small regional bank? I very much so want to move out of the state that I’m currently in.
