Tips on how to not feel sleepy after lunch?

I'm currently a summer analyst working anywhere from 10-12 hours a week. I usually grab lunch at around 12-12:30 but get hit with a wave of fatigue an hour after I finish my lunch (usually a variation of a chicken sandwich). I would appreciate tips from anyone honestly about how to not feel tired and stay 110% productive.

Assuming you meant 10-12 hours a day, have you tried intermittent fasting? It’s not uncommon to skip lunch or at least have a later one and many encourage it. The idea of stuffing oneself with several large/heavy meals throughout the day has become pretty outdated imo.

Oops, I meant a day. I have not tried fasting yet but I'm willing to try anything at this point as coffee just doesn't do anything for me anymore. Thank you!

I would talk to your physician about any dietary changes in case there are underlying conditions.
