Transitioning out of finance for recent college grad

I recently graduated college and began work as a trader at a top-tier investment bank a little over one month ago, but have come to realize that it isn't a great fit for me. I'm thinking about pivoting to tech or consulting. I'm just a little lost in my career aspirations and would love some direction or advice.
