Urgent Decision: One week deadline

Hi everyone,

I really need your help. I have two exploding offers for two very different rotational programs. The rotational programs are a F50 FLP program and a F1000 talent finance program. My end desire is to get into corporate strategy or corporate development. A little background about both companies and both programs:

F50 FLP: Two year rotational program. Rotating through a variety of different business units. A lot of international and various domestic opportunities to rotate. One of the rotations is corporate strategy and development. I would have to network my way into it because its often very competitive. About 25 students in the rotational program. Also there is full tuition reimbursement.

Talent development program. Two year rotational program with four guaranteed rotations. After the two years you are brought into a senior financial analyst role at the company. Very flat culture, high mobility, and almost a guarantee to get into corporate development. The company is a speciality science company.

The money doesn't matter to me. What would give me better future opportunities. Is the big company name brand very important to have on your résumé? Let me know your opinions. Any information would help. Thanks.

The Fortune 50 Rotational Program will provide you with a better platform for growth because the Company will have more resources/ growth opportunities as opposed to the small rotational program. I also assume that the exit opportunities would be better at the Fortune 50, however with that being said I think you would have the opportunity to move up the corporate ladder quicker at a smaller firm. Best of Luck!
