many companies are Prioritizing cost over quality 
they just want that they have a cost friendly office space and man power to increase there visibility and market growth but it also backfire some times because we should not to forget that we have to work quality over the cost optimization and also it is really need or a big thing to always led of with cost but we should not forget the quality also.

many companies are hiring the staff directly without checking the laws and also background compliance and this mistake always lead to trouble into the company reputation and management always 

many companies treat there team as a vender not as a team and this mistake also leads to a big thing of a tech team please include your team members in business meeting and feedback loops and also recognize there work appreciated team efforts.
