What happens if you don’t get a return offer after your junior-year internship?
Not getting a return offer can really sting, especially when you’ve worked hard and genuinely cared about the role. I’ve felt that same frustration while working with 5axis CNC machining sometimes everything looks perfect, but something small throws the whole process off. When that happens, I remind myself it’s part of learning. You step back, make small adjustments, and keep going. Rethinking your next career step and staying patient and trusting that things will fall into place with time.
