An acquisition opportunity came up to us and I was wondering what's the usual exclusivity period a buyer asks of the seller? Because of Covid, there might be delays in obtaining financing so we don't wanna risk asking for too little time and at the same time we don't want to ask for an exorbinant amount of time that puts off the seller.
