What to expect as a junior tax& finance analyst at EY?

Recently, I accepted an offer to work as a Junior Tax & Finance analyst at EY. Does anyone have any experience working in the same position at EY?? I need advice on what I should expect/ watch out or need to do to succeed in my new position (I want to move to IB or PE in the future). Thx!
