What's being a Portfolio Manager at the World Bank like?

I’m interested in hearing what working is like at the World Bank- specifically, their treasury team. Especially interested in the portfolio managers there that work in the capital markets and investments department. Will they hire internationals from abroad, or specifically look for people in DC? Are there PMs in other World Bank offices as well? What’s the work/benefits like, and do you get to travel for work as well? Would love to hear from anyone that can speak on this!
