What’s the Biggest Difference Between Working at Startups and Established Companies

For those of you who have experience working in startups, what’s the biggest difference between working there and an established company. Keep in mind I’m not necessarily just asking about actually founding a company, I’m also talking about just working for a company that’s still in the startup stage.
