Which bar makes mean cocktails close to Wall Street?

I can't drink beer any more. Maybe one beer and thats it. I want to have nice things in life. Any recommendations on bars in Wall Street or the City of London are appreciated. No studenty atmosphere. The other day, a college girls said, this is a nice bar, I thought it was a toilet with a doorman.
