2021 Antares Cap - Updated Comp
Is Antares still low-balling or has the recent string of raises across the industry forced them to revaluate comp? Asking for ASO 1 and up - any data points would be appreciated.

associate 0: base 130
associate 2: base 135, bonus 55
associate (doesn't say year): base 180, bonus 125
associate 2: base 185, bonus 130

Yeah they raised comp about 30-40%, mostly through expanding bonus range. Source: third year associate (not NYC) with a 140k base and expected 150k bonus

Could you please provide base numbers for as0-as3? also do these numbers differ based on geography?
Everything but NYC is the same. Unsure how much higher NYC is but it’s not a ton. I honestly don’t know base range for associates 1-3 but salary usually increases about $10k per year. Bonus range is 80-120% for all associates and it gets higher as you get more experienced (aka the best A1 prob gets 90% bonus, best A2 gets 100%+, best A3 gets 110%+)

So is it $155K base for AS1 across all offices?
based on above comment no. NYC base is separate from other offices. If non-NYC AS3 is at 140 base, AS1 should be 120-130 I'm guessing. Can someone at Antares confirm?
