3-4 years as a PE associate?
How common is it to do 3 years as an associate (with the recent job market is it easy to spin for future employers?)?
Is it ever worth "redoing" your associate years (as an Asso 0) if you want to stay in PE but can't find an Asso 2 / Snr Asso role and the job market is not great?
