Alpine Investors 2024

Lots of info for people looking to join as an analyst on here but am interested in additional color on their associate role. Is it a solid shop with good culture/exits/pay? Do they promote associates or is it 2 years up and out? What are some comparable firms just to get a feel for the space/strategy they play in? Are they comparable to a court square/ oak hill type fund? Saw they have both a SF and NYC office, are there any notable differences between them?

Currently at a lower tier BB looking to have a long term career in MM PE. Thanks in advance.
