Altamont Exits

What would exist from a fund like Altamont look like? Is the pedigree of the senior folks important when recruiting out, or is fund size more important. Considering it’s just a 4.5B, how well known is it in the space? Would it be better to take a IB FT offer instead?

Not sure I agree with this (disclaimer: have not worked there so unsure on culture/comp/returns).

Would I take this over an EB or top BB? Probably not but the partners come from Golden Gate and if you look at their equity checks/companies they invest it they're a solid MM shop. Will MF be possible from here? Once again probably not but an UMM move should be feasible
