Antares Recruiting Process
Heard they don't test modeling ability but have a verbal case study portion instead. Is this similar to a consulting type Bain Capital case or more would you invest and walking through your reasoning? Any curve balls? Any guidance on structure and past questions would be appreciated.

I would just ask the headhunter/HR or anyone you’ve talked to there during the process. It’s a fair question.
Unfortunately haven't started the process yet and HR has generally been tight lipped about it.
Have you gone through the initial rounds of phone interviews? Is this for Analyst or Associate role?
Are they recruiting for associates? I only see analyst postings.
