Particularly given softness in the RE market over the past couple of years.

Thinking about level after this progression: analyst/asso/sr asso. Curious how comp looks like between NYC and London.

Also, how do you usually compare comp when some firms award a lump of carry when a specific fund is raised, vs others which award bps of carry across many extant funds on a recurring annual basis?
