Anyone have any experience in or thoughts on the micro private equity space?
I'm thinking about launching a Micro PE firm and do small deals ($2M - $7M valuation range) Would love to get feedback and guidance from people who have experience in this space. I know it's viewed as an emerging sector but I would imagine riskier given that you are acquiring smaller companies.
