Is KEA running the process?
A quick search would show you that the culture is brutal and the hours are in line with banking. My boss used to be a partner there and confirmed this is true. Not sure what else you are looking for?

I’m of course aware that hours are long but was hoping to get something more specific on office culture from someone who works or used to work in the London office.
FWIW I have a friend that interned there and said the culture was pretty good. London office apparently has a very different culture to the US
