Approach to find a full-time job after Master's
Hey, wasn’t planning on dropping a message here but figured it couldn’t hurt to get the community's take.
I’m based in the UK and finished my master’s last year, but haven’t landed a full-time role yet. Since graduating, I’ve done three internships—two at mid-cap private equity firms and one at a bigger, well-known Special Situations Fund in London. None of them had conversion potential from the start, so I knew they were temporary.
Now I’m kind of stuck. I’m not sure where the market’s headed with everything going on, and I’d really appreciate your perspective on how hiring’s looking on your end. Also, if you’ve got any advice on what steps I should take next, it could certainly help a few. Any stories appreciated.
If someone is interested how I landed these internships, I wouldn't mind to elaborate.
