ARR SaaS Rev. Build

Hi everyone - have any upcoming case study where I am anticipating a full model for a SaaS buyout. I don’t have any banking experience with doing a rev build with ARR, so looking for any advice on how to simplify the concept before practicing over the next few days.

Also curious if anyone has any simple xls models or materials that would help in building a SaaS model. Most of what I see online is for VC investments and less so for more mature SaaS companies.

Any help on modeling billings/ARR would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone.
