BC Partners London

How is BC Partners brand seen right now? Specifically regarding real estate. Is it considered top tier? What are the exit ops? Specifically switching to MF / HF. Thanks!

I would not say it is considered top tier. Unfortunately, they had some under performing investments, especially in Europe, and had to dispose some crown jewels early in their holding to support fund raising. I believe they also have some churn across seniority. Decent place for sure, but certainly not top tier. You can clearly go from BC Partners to a larger fund though.

I'm grateful that I have two middle fingers, I only wish I had more.
