Best firms for IR/Fundraising (London)

Lots of interest in IR nowadays and people seem more familiar with what the role actually entails + comp. Curious what you guys view as the best PE firms for IR - especially from a junior perspective (think more project management based). I don’t think the bigger is always better here. Ultra MFs have very set out roles in IR so the job becomes very silo’d and you lose the benefit of being in a seat which has access to different responsibilities. Would love to hear your thoughts
