Not in PD but in MBD. The culture overall is very good there, much better than in IBD or in other buy side shops. People is always helpful and caring. I met with some people in PD and they were all happy, the team is lean and more or less chill
GS MBD unlike GS IBD actually pay pretty well
I saw this from pretty old threads when some part of mbd was ssg and the other part as AM, that the bonuses are lower than IBD. Has it changed?
