Have you ever seen a white/Asian male land an internship or FT role at BX from their SW?

To be honest, I personally have only seen women get an internship offer after, so not sure what the relevance of being white/asian here is. Yes, it will seem like gender-based hiring is more aggressive but getting 40-50% women composition in your juniors is much harder than getting say 5-10% black composition.
