Blackstone London Summer Conversion rate

Hi guys,

I am fortunately on track for there summer internship programme in London office. Anyone know what was the conversion rate last year? I did hear rumour that it is close to 0. Is this true?

Thanks in advance

Based on the most helpful WSO content, there isn't specific data provided about Blackstone's London summer internship conversion rate in the context. However, there are mentions of conversion rates for other firms and general trends. For example, some firms have had conversion rates as low as 15-25% due to hiring constraints or prioritizing their SA class. If you've heard rumors about a 0% conversion rate, it might be worth verifying directly with current or past interns or reaching out to Blackstone's HR for clarity.

If you're preparing for the internship, focus on excelling during the program to maximize your chances, regardless of the overall rate. Good luck!

I think everyone recruiting for BX knows the conversions and is OK with that

Know people that did BX whilst having BB/EB offers and still took BX and they recognised its unlikely they convert

Ignore my title btw incoming A1 EB, but what I don't get is what the added benefit is to take BX over BB or EB given the lack of conversion? just curious

Some people know they want to do a masters or off-cycles for a few years - so no rush to convert to FT. Regardless the option to recruit for FT IB is always there and is probably very easy to do so with BX on the CV
