Blackstone PE Application Process and Timelines (London)

Hey, first time making a post here!

I have been invited to interview at Blackstone, and have to complete a Corporate Finance/GMAT style maths test. While I am familiar with GMAT maths concepts, I am unsure as to what to expect from the CorpFin test. If anyone has an insight into this, as it appears to be a new part of the recruiting process, that would be great.

Further, I was wondering what the general application process was like for a Summer Analyst in terms of number of interview rounds, modelling tests etc. Thanks!

Which division, and you need to clarify what test you need to take. Gmat test is a pretty standard quantitative section test - 10 questions in 30 minutes. For the new Corp finance test, I have no clue as that was very very recently introduced, and they're still trying it out.

The old interview process was pretty long >9 interviews at a minimum, but they are changing the entire process this year so have no clue what it'll be like.

Let me know if you have any questions, happy to help!

Hi there, thanks so much for the help. It is for Blackstone PE, Summer Analyst/OC position. I was told there would be further technical tests following the gmat/corporate finance test. If it is possible to DM that would be great? Thanks again

Hi everyone, I am having this corporate finance test as well soon. Could you please share any more details on that test? Also feel free to mp me!

Thanks!
