Blackstone Tactical Opportunities - London

Currently in process for an Associate position there. Would be keen on hearing more about culture, career progression perspective, working hours, main products (PIK, pref equity, ...) and industries they are involved in.

Thanks!

i know an analyst there, apparently they only do equity deals (not sure if this is obvious but i always thought tac ops did hybrid capital bit of equity bit of debt)

Largely equity deals, but less control, more minority/partnership deals (however they can do control). They then do heaps of really interesting and innovative deals which require alot of technical skills, so you need to be very smart to survive here.
